RE:RE:Chapter 15 of Title 11From the last earnings report, it looked like they had enough cash runway to last another couple of months. I suspected bankruptcy was on the horizon and they would need to sell some of their acquisitions from the days of when they went empire building.Pretty short sighted I would say of management to believe cheap debt would last forever, and not prepare for the eventual hikes, when every central bank in the world was telegraphing the need to wrestle inflation.

But as you say, maybe they might emerge smaller, leaner, and stronger. They had a fairly respectable balance sheet when they were actually growing organically pre-covid, as opposed to buying out businesses and claiming their revenues as "growth".
