RE:Selling the golden gooseYou said :
"Please do the DD that is required but
this is quite a shock for AP&C and GE."
"
the patent on titanium powders berlongs to Tekna and not to AP&C."
That's false !!!
I did the DD , and in fact Dalesio_98 brought the info first.
This patent battle has been going on for what 5 years ?
The ruling only says that Teckna can continue it's business.
The judge indicated: “
I conclude the ’502 Patent is invalid and is not infringed by Tekna. Most of the claims of the ’236 Patent are similarly invalid and none of its claims are infringed. Tekna’s action seeking declarations of invalidity and non-infringement in respect of the ’502 Patent is therefore granted. AP&C’s counterclaim seeking declarations that Tekna has infringed the ’502 Patent and the ’236 Patent is dismissed.”
So, not really a shock for
AP&C and GE.
Here is the full press release again.
Tekna patent win Spreading half truth and lies is not good for you.
