RE:AGM results

RE:AGM resultsQuestion would be, is he fighting for a fair takeover offer, or was he put in place by Fortescue (with the first anouncement of financing) to keep a lid on things and pave the way for a low ball offer? No analyst coverage, no third party interest in ages, and an obviously manipulated share price sounds terribly well planned maneuvering to a lot of people.

Why would you praise the support of Fortescue, after they try to get repeatedly rid of your board members and CEO. Does sound like hostile takeover attempt, rather then a supportive partnership. Apparently, there are some people standing in the way of doing such a coup.
