RE:Say what?

RE:Say what?

And;

" Prices paid for Tehachapi Basin water rights have gone up at least 25% to 53% in the last two years.

Golden Hills Community Service District’s recent purchase of Tehachapi Basin water rights from Jeff Ciachurski for $10,000 per acre-foot appears to have set a new record for valuation — at least in terms of completed deals. "
======================================================

So why are GRB shareholders paying this?:

" In a recent filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, on behalf of Greenbriar, Ciachurski said the company entered into an option agreement with Strasser during 2023 “to purchase up to 115 acre-feet of water rights at USD $29,260.56 per acre-feet.”
