RE:Saskatchewan Drilling

RE:Saskatchewan DrillingThe 04-05 Saskatchewan border drilling location shows 6 multi-lateral legs heading towards the south southwest in the direction of Lloydminster. These are the multi-lateral wells that Lycos is presently drilling.

There are also 4 legs that head northwest from the same 04-05 location. When finished there they will move the rig one mile east and do some more multi-lateral drilling at the next site, LSD 04-04-051-27 W3. All wells have been licenced and are ready to be drilled.

The previous wells in this area are mostly vertical wells now owned by Cenovus that were abandoned 20, 40 or more than 60+ years ago. This field reached a point where it was no longer economic with vertical drilling. I have a good feeling that the latest drilling technology that Lycos is using is about to change the economics of this area.
