Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. Sure !

But it depends on how deep-pocketed the ultimate buyer may be AND how much the pre-approval discount might be.

if I saw approval as a slam-dunk I may not be prepared to offer a buyer too much of an uncertainty discount.

Secondly Baxter has to watch their outflows until lightening up on their debt and or spinning out certain assets for cash. But a deep- pocketed PE co may not be so constrained.
