It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

Manganese bismuth REE-free permanent-magnet statusArticle gives an update on where research is at with MnBi permanent-magnets. Looks like to achieve similar performance to the REE magnets they're somewhat heavier and bulkier, but overall cost 32 percent less and of course the critical minerals are much more readily available.
