They have repeatedly done dilutive financing. They diluted by close to 50% so far in the last 6 months. 

The combination of high yield debt and extremely high cost of equity takes a lot of the shine away from these acquisitions. Which is why the stock is flat post covid when most o&g stocks are 10x off their lows. 


They need to stop doing deals, the cheapest purchase in Canada at a discount to PDP is their own stock. Raises per share production, reserves and helps delever the company.
