Chuck who is the Senate leader has been playing political kabuki on cannabis and also has zero interest in passing anything related to cannabis. Big Pharma and others run the board and SAM will drag this out with the help of their special interest groups. My take is the only way cannabis passes will be through SCOTUS and we will need at least 37/50 Legal cannabis states to pass, yes we need a very strong majority, we are only at 24/50. Until then cannabis continues to grow world wide. Expect major deals to be signed by CURA. Anything can happen im in this for the long run, but im always happy to be dead wrong. FSE is a very strong move if custody is in play.
