youre WRONG Mr. NONverbatim - AGAIN!. Natalie holds NO shares. Natalie held 350,000 OPTIONS (100k at 83 cents, 250k at $2.07). Whether she get to keep them or not (I suspect not) they are WAY out of the money (at the monew it TUD runs 200%!), she is no longer an insider of FUD so no reporting required. But they are OPTIONS. Even if she gets to keep them, cant sell them.

But guess what, shes made a killin on her restriced share units already at FDR!!!!!!!
