I know this isn't the answer you are hoping for, but I'd take that number right now. Anythig higher than that gets to be wishful thinking unless somethig material happens. (aka a major strike/discovery)
The problem is money. After this year, WM will need to find more funds. If the market value doesn't change, then we are in for dilution like we haven't seen before.
