Good that Jeff has clarified the payables picture.

I'll have to see a VOYA NR with my own eyes before I believe a word about them providing a loan.  Show us where the demand is for this project built by GRB or anyone else.  

300 reservations is probably how many went to the sales office for a look-see for curiosity and iced tea, lol

 A project like this financed solely with credit is likely a financial train wreck before you lay down the tracks???  Jmho

Jeff might also explain how he's going to take all the steps  shneps' posted about and turn dirt at Montalva in 2024 according to your website.
