Tyler did I read you were possibly interested in investing in this?  Did you fall down and hit your head, I'm concerned for you Bud, LOL.  Real estate development isn't easy, it's fraught with bankruptcies and lawsuits.  And home owners that regretted they ever bought.  

You all must think the good people of Tehachapi are blind, deaf and dumb.  They don't have internet.  What do you think their image of the project is after the prev co failed and all of Jeff's travails.

  You all may not care what Jeff's financial picture is (like negative $10 million in working capital) but VOYA will.  So will buyers.  Buyers visualize what it'll be like if they get into a dispute with Jeff & Jeff's lawyers.  If they don't get what they're promised in the renderings.  Get into a fight with Jeff.

 Sure -- by that time he's sold it to a national builder..  and you're out.  If you're the home buyer it looks a lot different, LOL.  Not so easy peasy.  

Montalva.  Not 2024 that's not funny, that's hilarious.
