Smoke and Mirrors
No promotion equals no sales. Is there a non comp with Danone? Why would Danone enter into an agreement with a company that would compete with them at the same time? I think they wouldn't.
Smoke and mirrors stalling this company. If Danone wanted it, they'd have bought it. All they did was tie it up in legal jargen preventing them from making any moves while Danone....., who knows their true motive. IMO, they should have kept plugging away on their own.
Simple is usually correct.
