So now is the time to buy!

Remember when it was trading at 0.40-0.45, "experts" were saying it was worth $1.
So now that an "expert" is coincidently saying not to buy, where was he with that statement when it was trading at 0.40?
It's important to know that "experts" will never give away what is to their advantage, or they may just lie about the real situation. So I say thanks for the advice.  :)
