April and May PP April 24 and May 15 consisted of two PP totaling 6.5 million shares with warrants.
I have found over my years that the way this works is that the 6.5 million shares will be usually shorted as the shares usually have a holding period. This will allow the PP buyer to recoop all their money and leave them with virtually "Free" warrants.
So, my guess is until we burn through 6.5 million shares at $.05 plus / minus we just sit.
I will be buying during this period as much as I can.
The stock price is a no-brainer.
