The Companys investment objectives are (i) to provide holders of Preferred Shares with cumulative preferential floating rate monthly cash dividends at a rate per annum equal to the Prime Rate plus 0.75%, with a minimum annual rate of 5.0% and a maximum annual rate of 7.0% (ii) to provide holders of Class A Shares with regular floating rate monthly cash distributions targeted to be at a rate per annum equal to the Prime Rate plus 2.0%, with a minimum targeted annual rate of 5.0% and a maximum targeted annual rate of 10.0% and (iii) to return the original issue price to holders of both Preferred Shares and Class A Shares at the time of the redemption of such shares on December 1, 2012.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BK continues to surge up..We all have our opinions. 

I guess it's your interpretation of GLOOMY?

Everything I posted is verifiable. 

Opportunity is different for each investor. 

The whole world is always in flux, but there are times when insanity seems to take hold and increases the turbulence and damage exponentially. 

I'm not saying the world is coming to an end or the whole financial/economic model is going to collapse. 

I'm just looking at what's happening and what's influenced the markets to this point, as well as a couple of months from now, if that's even possible. 

Recently, the TD bank was found to be money laundering, that had a very nasty effect on all Canadian banks and it's not over, until it's over. 

That isn't surprising or something new. When such opportunities are available, there will always be people willing to take the risks and make the mistakes which get them caught. 

That was just "one" issue creating today's "symptoms" 

Being blinded by the symptoms, not saying you are, is a good way to lose your Capital in a flash at the worst possible time.
