The Company holds a 90% interest in two mining leases north of the town of Skead within the city of Greater Sudbury in Ontario. The two mining leases cover an area of approximately 129.99 hectares.

we need change in management

the current management is doing nothing for shareholder value, we have a mill ready to produce gold and make money at current high gold prices, yet all they do is keep on diluting shares and drill. losing market confidence
