This is very true. The US is very litigious. I've said this often here. Since this company is controlled through the A's. The Family may have a fear of losing control in the US. The very fact that we've just had this settlement recently with the NY Bondholders, tells the Family that Quebec and Canada is the place for them to stay in, where they are safe.
