Don't know if Robert Fair was given the 700k common shares but Sedar lists them as Direct Ownership along with 750,000 options granted.
It was nice to see all management and BOD participating in the RO.
A member of the BOD also participated in the last debenture and also management.
Weatherbee with the debenture ( sedar filings Jan 30/24 - 230,000 and the recent RO has put in around 250,000 dollars .
Pendura with the debenture )sedar filings Jan 30/24 -50,000 and the recent RO has put in around 107,000 dollars.
