So far Owners, managment and BOD are still on board
It will get interesting.  I saw the "unidentified source" statement too as to the heavy equipment in that area.

The mine manager is going to be point on this as investigators will want to see the records of who did what, where and why assuming the location instructions where followed.  Further more the breakage of the main lines and no repairs is a serious allegation, the drip lines emiters (the emiter grid) is a different story an while critical not in the same category.

So far Owners, managment and BOD are still on board, at least I have not seen any resignations.

I am still waiting for the professional reports as to what can be done to re-open assuming there is a will.  If this goes into maint mode, the 100m bond (insurance kicks in) is gone maybe a directive to coffin the HLP and I suspect by then the the VG cash on hand will be used up.  And the taxpayer will be paying for years (decades, it's all happend before) on another shuttered mine.

Best
