ARTIS

ARTIS I dont know about you guys, but so far seeing some traction with asset sales and NCIB/dream office buys is far from clinching any sort of success with unit price or growth.

I legit would have expected some fire works to go off by now, after 1 year of strategic review, maybe they still will, as real estate is a slow game and lack of liquidity

but as I mentioned before, I was tossing all my artis dividends at other reits.

artis is a manji execution strategy that is so far not been that convincing, and has some in demand industrial assets to help with liquidity, but not much else going on
