It offers two types of shares, such as Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. Probably a 20+ cent increase in NAV as of 12:45 PM EST...

Unfortunately, I got spooked last Friday on the disappointing reaction to earnings. Liquidated 108K shares @ AVG of 5.865....  just bought back 85K of those shares at an average of $5.95. Looks like the market feels really confident re: Trump presidency and that's pushing equities hard, especially US financials. 

Really looking fwd to MM's update!
