more claws in resource as trade off.

------> junior spends money on separating elements from ores
= each element is now purified
= make all the tech your hear desires ( same playing field as China )
= Fund backers link junior to ----> tech already made
= quick investment return for fund backer win/win
= your now leading not following or... stuck with green tech overlords wanting it all.
