Should Have sold all my shares at .30

I have my shares since 2019 and I bought them at around .025, .03, .04........
I thought the stock was going higher than .40 but then they did not win in court and did not receive money to pay down their debt.
PCEP put alot of money in this and I expect them keep going. But we never know.
