American Salars Lithium Inc. is an exploration company focused on exploring and developing high-value battery metals projects to meet the demands of the electric vehicle market. Its Pocitos 1 Lithium Salar Project (Pocitos 1) and the Candela II lithium salar projects in Argentina both feature a NI 43-101 inferred resource. The Pocitos 1 is a 100% owned 800-hectare (ha) lithium brine project located in the Salar de Pocitos, in the lithium-rich Puna region of northwestern Argentina. The Candela II Lithium deposit is on the southern and lowest end of the Incahuasi Salar, located in the Province of Salta, Argentina. Its Blackrock South lithium brine project is located 72 miles north of the Tesla Gigafactory. Its Isla Property is located about 16 kilometers (km) to 22 km southwest of the town of Campbell River, British Columbia, Canada. Isla Property consists of six contiguous mineral claims covering about 4,295.1 ha. It also has an agreement to acquire the Lac Simard South Project.
