RE:RetestSPB needs to undertake a strategic review.

The corporate structure is bloated.

Managment is slow to do anything.

There's no catalysts on the horizon.

Allan MacDonald was brought in to turn things around.  Nothing substantive has happened yet beside over paying for Centarus.
