Don't forget about the old mine called Pobrdje a quick, easy cashflow which could be used for mine construction costs at Piskanja, if Boron One is awarded Ibar Mines mining license.
Deposit=30,000tonnes/year X 4 years X $600/tonne = $720M-US cashflow.
IMO, there obviously is something going on behind the scene when you have the Canadian Ambassador, Ibar Mines Mgmt, Mining Ministry staff, TD and the miners attend a meeting and field trip tour to visit the Pobrdje and Piskanja properties.
IMO, I see the likihood that Boron One will receive the mining license for Pobrdje before they receive a Mining license for Piskanja.
You know the ole saying, where there's smoke there's fire, particularily when there's politicians involved! Now wouldn't that be a surprise!
