Don't get too excited just
They left it almost as late as the could to report their earnings 
They had to report within 60 days of the Q & year ending
So Tuesday was the very latest they could have reported
Also they usually report PreMarket, not After Hours
So there is that

Wouldn't you think if it was a good report they would have reported on the prior Monday, Tueday or Wednesday thus taking advantage of any increase in share prices (if there is any) as the 60 comment period ends on Monday July 22nd & then the wait for the final ruling

Just a thought
