That is interesting.  Shares back in play.

I can't see an appeal being successful.  The ruling took so very long that it seems icsid will be able to justify their decision and that there are political forces well beyond what Eco lawyers can argue.  And, if an appeal is entertained by icsid, the timelines would be ruinous for most investors here.

The only play now is to sell.  No buyer will come forward unless there are assurances that permits will be granted.  The question is how does Colombia now permit mining after a decade battle to prevent Eco Oro from mining?   Is local support of mining enough?  Can it all be done underground in a manner that ensures protection of the paramo?   If so, then perhaps...???
