This is where it gets interesting and has nothing with the structural integrity investigation of the mine or env remediation but will to be investigated as to how high up this went.

If this can be proven then this investigation is going to go in an additional  different direction.  Drugged and drinkin personel and I don't care what they were doing should have been a full tilt stop.  OK

I have carried mine managers never mind boots out of bunk houses and placed them into choppers under mine superintendents direction.  .  if this happend it is unacceptible but first and investigation has to take place, just in case eveyone has a bad memory to see what is true and what is not.. OK

If this is true then,

This now becomes an issue of say was an operator under the influence and drove over the edge of the heap or were they in the right area or located equipment improperly or set the sensors properly and the list goes on.  Where are  p*ss tests on record?  Who held the "peckers" during the test sampling.

If this is true employees should identified and yes as whistleblowers need to sheilded, but full statements have to taken witnessed signed and sealed for the courts.
