If they expect full prod within 7 weeks that's all you need to know. There is nothing else to say, unless you want a daily update on which devices have been bolted on, how much material was processed that day, the titles of each new employee and how each person's training is going.  Etc. BORING AND USELESS until the plant is determined to be economic.
