RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Top Clearwater Wells

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Top Clearwater WellsExactly . if you count backwards they bought 16 mil shares at 5 bucks per share in Q2= 80Mil FCF and 18mil in Divvy = 98Mil in shareholder returns and similar amount to debt .
My expectation if 180-200Mil in FCF  .
The thing to look forward is guidance - in H2 when Capex drops to 500Mil .
Yrly FCF guidance at 80WTI is 800Mil ,so its almost 800-200Mil = 600 Mil FCF = 300Mil to share buybacks+divvy =(265Mil to buybacks+ 36mill divvy)  . 300Mil to debt .
At YE2025 , expect sharecount to be 750Mil and Debt 2.1 Bil .
Yearly Savings on Debt ( 8% yield on 400Mil=32 Million  + Divvy 50mil X 0.09 =4.5mil approx)
So in 2025 FCF increased by 35-40Mil approx due to divident saved debt paid back )
