RE:The KOMBAT CURSE,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,WATER.........!!!!!!!!!!!!Have to agree.  Why the HECK do they not have a backup pump on site?  De-watering is the key to getting this mine going, and they do not even have a little extra pumping capacity?  It is ridiculous. 

They said they were pumping 1500 m3/hr per pump.  I saw a pump that can do 380 GPM for $7000.  1 GPM = .227 m3/hr, so this pump could do 380 x .227 = 86 m3/hr.  1500 m3/hr would require 17 of these pumps.  That would cost $119k.  So I would assume that one of these large pumps would cost around $120k.  It seems to me this would definitely be worth the cost to not only have a backup, but to also increase pumping capaicity.
