RE:Bismuth, who would have thunk? lol

RE:Bismuth, who would have thunk? lol Sigh....
Once again pointing out to someone that there is no EV mandate in the US. Just the continued rantings of an angry old sex predator on a greivence tour.
There is 430GWh of battery production coming online in the US alone next year and more in following years. The Tesla gigafactory in Nevada is 43GWh for comparison.
The traditional auto manufacturers are all aboard EVs they have only been waiting for the likes of Tesla and other develop the market and they can learn from their mistakes.
EVs contain 60% less parts making them far easier to produce resulting in 40% to build an EV than an ICE vehicle. Auto manufacturers are salivating over this because the consumer is conditioned to what they pay for an ICE vehicle so the auto manufacturers make far higher margin per vehicle.

Environmentalism does not change it brings the issue to light
Government does not change it provides the sandbox to develop the tech and market
Capitalism drives the change.Every time

Coal as an example
Coal died the day it became cheaper to generate electricity cheaper using natgas. Environmentalists and government maybe helped speed that up
