Jumping around on or near HLPImo only
I have been told by the HLPF that
No one is going near any pumps, pipes, emiters, slides, slumps or objects because the whistling marmots are a protected species.<br /> <br />
That is the REAL reason VG can't start anytime in the near future.
To remove them you need to get very specialized teams in and the they nead to be coaxed over the hills to the McQuesten.
So untill the EMR and said specialists give clearance to just jury rig everthing and pump stuff. Its not going to happen.
