Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. It is chapter 11, not chapter 7, so no guarantee of total loss. Assets outvalue debts, more a cash flow crunch on mine statup while they work out the bugs, but PALA no longer willing or able to keep feeding the demon.

The structure and timing of the C11 are done for an auction, so in an auction, anything can happen.

No bidders, expect nothing.

Stingy bidders, expect nothing.

Competitive bidding just based on current values, not future, you could see at least a dollar per share.

But temper that with banksters, lawyers, and the worse, miners, and they might wittle it down to pennies...

I will enjoy the show regardless.
