RE:RE:Bankruptcy

RE:RE:BankruptcyHopefully the stalking horse bid is revealed tomorrow and trading starts again.

Rio has been clear that they r looking for U.S. copper assets. I still give them the nod. They no doubt have sights on the entire yerrington camp.  Together, it makes for world class deposit.

Hudbay, with world class porphory in the camp, but no permit will likely bid. Barrick and Goldcorp have vaults of cash and looking for copper.

Bhp is looking for copper but friendly with Rio, so they may not bid.

Ace in the hole is Pala and friends owning about 90%. No one wanted to partner with Pala. So no more loans and no change of control.  Complete ownership change required. Pala could have taken the corp for pennies. However, if no one wants to do business with you, what would be the point.

No doubt Pala had some good assurance that there would be a fair process if they just sold.

There directors left and control went to tf and U.s. Courts. So no more dealings with Pala.

That takes away the stigma of dealing with an unpopular.

I can not say I am enjoying the process like k.w. However, that will change if I get a cadm buck or more for my efforts:)))
