You can buy AOI now for $2,40, 22K bbl day sweet Nigerian crude that sells for $90, and get entitlement to 1B bbl oil that has farm agreements with super majors who are allocationg 30% of the exploration budgets to Namibia.
Npv P2 is 144m after decomissioning. Taking into account the various contingent considerations...I can't see a good deal.
22 years of economic life left in the reserves and you're worried about decommissioning.....
