Green Wave Advises…

Green Wave Advises…
With the comment period now closed, the best case scenario for a final ruling could come in 30 days, which falls EOB Aug 21st; The final day of the DNC is Aug 22nd.

I do not think this is a coincidence. Nonetheless, the discussion around policy change has gone on way too long (10+ years), and we all know, as do our politicians (on both sides of the aisle), reform is inevitable. As a reminder, nobody took the stage at the RNC against rescheduling  (the only Biden policy/action that was not called out).

There have undoubtedly been countless head-fakes in the past, but the difference here, IMHO, is the weight of the HHS findings and recommendations.

Continuing to delay action on this issue serves no purpose. It's time to take the next step towards de-scheduling and the establishment of a national protocol on standards and product safety. In other words, it's time to finally act (S*hit or get off the "Pot" - no pun intended).

Bring on the Garland Memo, Updated FinCen guidance etc and lets look forward to a great end of summer (and beyond).
