We've known this for some time about Tommy Sullivan.
Didn't Tommy give Jeff a 20% interest in his long dormant golf course subdivsion in Utah that has been around since 2006, if I remember correctly.

What is this soft bashing doing for your share value?

Besides perhaps giving the opportunity for certain people to be buying cheap shares.
