Victoria Gold Corp VITFF

Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

RE:RE:RE:Make The Yukon Great Again

RE:RE:RE:Make The Yukon Great AgainWell Whatever, since you seem to be so certain that VG Management holds the sole responsibility for this unanticipated slide event you must already have received an official copy of the final 3rd party independent investigation report outlining exactly what caused this slide.  As such, could you please post a copy or link here.

Unlike yourself, I've yet to see it but would love to along with many others here, no doubt.  You see Whatever, when you're dealing with matters as significant and important as this it's really important to have the facts and not make assumptions.   The facts will come out, you can bet on that and then and only then will we ALL know who is truly to blame and holds what legal liability for this.

If you truly believe that YGT, EMR, and even FNs hold zero blame or legal responsibility for faling to identify and plan contingencies for this very type of event, when they are the bodies with the full authority and tasked by virtue of their positions with protecting the interests of the environment and the Yukon people, well then you clearly don't understand civil law.

I've said this before and I'll say it again, if VG management were cetain that this was completey their fault and they were solely liable, they would be long gone already.  The fact they're still even here suggests to me that their lawyers have something else in mind and no doubt are banking on the final investigation results to prove that VG was unfairly treated and/or forced into bankruptcy as a result of the incompetence of the YTG authorities that should have taken prudent steps to prevent this from ever happening and for not having an Emergency Contigency Plan in place for how the company was to handle such an incident, thereby putting the company employees, the Yukon public and the Yukon environment at unnecessary risk.

My opinion only for Whatever it's worth.  I'll wait for the facts while you keep blaming VG management without them.
