I DONT GET IT....Today CAD reits and XRE should have had a breakout trade.  PMZ hit $14, fails. XRE finishes at $15.99

Is inflation going to be at 2% in 2025 and is the cutting cycle going to be consistent?

this is ridiculous

the  technical trading is highly indicating we have topped out here and ready to go back to lower end of trading range for most names or at least a 50% retracement
