yes i agree with you that rgx is a bargan at 3 cents . and like you say you are right that RGX is way under valued by meny multples from the due diigence that i did with rgx and companys that have less potential then rgx that have a shair price that are mostly over 50 cents per shair . rgx my opion is that they should be around 30 cents not 3 cents and even that is low ?
