Rover Metals just signed a LOI to acquire a high purity...

Hi Folks... Good news that Rover Metals just signed a LOI to acquire a high purity silica asset in Golden, B.C.

The deal involves $855k in cash, issuing 2M shares, and spending $1M on exploration over the next two years. Silicon is now on Canada's list of critical minerals, and its use in semiconductors and transistors is growing.

This acquisition could position ROVR strategically in a critical market. What are your thoughts on this move? Is anyone else seeing the potential for growth here?
