Q4 is historically the busiest Q for them due to the K-12 market. I would guess that the $3M MDC contract (1,400 buses) announced on May 8 will have those revenues fulfilled in Q4. If Q4 is $9M, then GSI will hit $35M in rev (25% growth over 2023).
The $9.2M cash on hand also represents .10 cash / share. That capital is sitting there, waiting to be deployed.
