Where are the insider buys?If insiders (aka the management team) truly believe that BlackBerry is undervalued why don't they buy shares with there own money? BlackBerry is trading at 30 year lows and management has made statements that they are focussed on shareholder value (share price has fallen 50% since they made that statement). Why don't they invest in the company they run. Either 1 of 2 reasons is plausible to me. They receive to much share compensation already and don't want to tie more funds in the company or they believe the share price will continue to lag if not outright fall. Both scenarios do not bode well for shareholders as management does not appear to have their words coordinated with there actions. It is also troubling that in the last decade the egregious amount of financial engineering and flip flopping by management made financial comparisons of financial statements impossible. Case in point management states earnings are improving but reality is that revenues have fallen to 30 year lows and are barely 100 million. Ten times less than a competitor we were on par with just a few years ago. Management has failed us and it's time for management to come clean, buy shares and raise the profile and revenues or resign and let those that can, do.
