Could revenues increase by 15 -20% annually without SEPTA?

One thing I find hard to quantify is that Doug has stated that hardware sales per unilt vehicle have increased substantially over the years. If one removes the one time SEPTA contracts, what do we see? I don't think we have any data to show this.This would likely affect proportionally new vehicle installs rather than upgrades.
