You attached no time line to that so once again just another meaningless post. My reit purchases have well outperformed cash. News for you, capital preservation is rule number one at all times not just during "rate" hiking cycle, something you should know dumb as. Interestingly enough as that cycle changed from hiking, to pausing, to now cutting, I noticed you didn't change with it. Which brings me back to a point I made a number of times, you wouldn't know when, why nor how to pull the trigger if it stared you in the face, but you will sure try and baffle with your pretend know it all bull shlit. A number of us here bought the bottom of this sector while you blabbed non stop to anyone that would listen (which by the way, isn't many) about the perils and disaster that awaited. Meanwhile we have seen upwards of a twenty percent move all the while enjoying yield upwards of ten percent. What a F wad. Class dismissed.
