150,000 Ounces in Top 10 meters of Keats TrenchThe computations are elementary .(.L**W**D**10 )**2.8 **12 g/t/ 31
We have 200 m by 70m by 10 m times 2.8 times 12 g/t divided by 31 gms per ounce.
Which is 150,000 ounces in the top 10 meters of KT.
I use 12 gms per ton as the grade ..which is the average grade of all 10 prospects reported by me yesterday.
A cogent argument can be made that the grade of KT is higher than the average , given the large transverse vein and visible gold in the first 25 meters of that vein.
Otherwise, the contained linear statistics are hard rock.
Imagine ifn they take large mechanized stone sawa and lop off the top 10 meters and send that 390,000 tons directly to the Pine cove mill.
As their first trial mining enroute to MRE.
Worth over $500 million CAD at current POG.
Total cash costs would be less than $700 CAD per ounce imo ( check out Detours Total cash costs at less than 1 gram per ton )
Voila...about $400 million CAD in free cash flows to the balance sheet.
No more ATM dilution.
Lots of cash for further development
And a share price enroute to $25 .
Fancy calculations ?
Inapprorpiate scalars ?
